  • What is Virtual Personal shopping assistance?

    1. Personal assistant will schedule time, visit the store and make a video call, facilitate shopping, payment and store the materials in your locker. 

    2. Personal assistant will shop online and place order on your behalf, when the website is unable to accept payment or any other reasons. 


  • Where are the materials stored?

     In a locker assigned to you and stored free of cost up to 30 days from the day of arrival of package, rental fee will be charged per week, after 30 days.

  • Can I order items online?

    Sure, you can choose between purchasing from retail stores with our personal shopping assistant on order online. In case you need assistance to order on your behalf, please contact us, charges for the assistance applies.

  • Quality check?

    We will check for damages, upon receipt of the materials, and send pictures and videos, additional photos and videos will be charged as per requirements. 

  • How does the payment process work?

    You can save money in your wallet account as per the estimated costs of materials and shipping, and our service charges, transfer it to us, and we will pay using mobile payment apps and send you copy of the receipts. You can request refund in case you do not wish to purchase or avail our services, refunds will be processed for an additional fee

  • Returns processing done?

    We will help with returning the items to the seller, as per the terms and conditions followed by the seller, charges for processing returns domestic couriers if applicable, should be the responsibility of the customer. Packages once shipped for international delivery may not be possible for returns. 

  • Wedding range of products:

    We will help with shopping prewedding, wedding clothing, accessories, return gifts, decorative items, non-precious jewelry. 


  • Items that we cannot shop or ship?

    Precious metal items like gold, silver jewelry, liquids, oils, perfumes, incense, medicines, food items- pickles homemade or purchased. 


  

We will NOT be dealing with purchase of Prohibited goods, restricted goods, at present. 

Prohibited goods: Chemicals, Fireworks, Tobacco, Bank Bills, Cash notes, Animal products, Weapons, knives, Lithium Batteries, Stamps, Seeds, Perishables. Items valuing more than $50,000.

Restricted goods: Vintage goods, replicas of antiques, medical devices, Radio Transmitters, Medicines and Drugs
